The hotel was not as described, there was no shuttle to the airport, it was not near the airport at all. Also I ordered a single bed room with a bathroom, and recieved a twin bed room with no bathroom. There was no air circulation so sleepin was very hard due to the immense heat.

Excellent location, great multilingual staff who were extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. The rooms are basic but well maintained and comfortable. Lots of nice little freebies that many other places charge for - free drinks all day (tea/coffee/herbal teas), free internet, lots of power outlets to charge all your devices any time, personal ac unit in the room etc. Nice place to stay!

The only minor thing is that the ac unit could be quite noisy when running full blast - I was able to sleep just fine but if you are a light sleeper you may need to pack earplugs. Otherwise, the room was very quiet at night (especially when compared to other places I've been to.)

The hotel is located very close to the city centre. Very close to the supermarket, convenience stores, pharmacy restaurants and cash points. The staff speaks English very well. My room was cleaned every day (fresh towels, sheets etc.)

The staff were very friendly and efficient and the breakfast was lovely - bread, jam, ham and cheese along with freshly brewed coffee. I could see that the hotel was potentially noisy as a lot of the furnishing was wooden, although I had a quiet night, The Internet was welcome as I had not bought my laptop.Overall it is very good value for money as it is in a central location, although the lack of arit conditioning may deter some people.

The staff was nice and helpful. However, we got the smallest double room without any window and it was really stuffy.

I liked the free airport pick up service they really do have, it was well organized and well controled. great selection of free services ( free international phone calls, coffee and tea were my favs) and the incredable location

A beautiful Spanish building in a middle of the city, friendly staff, close to the warhammer store and shopping area, close to restaurants.

Charming building, loved the roof, the included breakfast, the staff was super sweet and helpful, the cleaning staff did a fabulous job, we really loved it, and I miss it! One of my favorite hostals I have ever stayed at. So charming.

The fact that you had to pay in advance and no refunds. My friend missed her flight, and we couldn't change our reservation :p

Cheerful, friendly, and well-located. Great value for money. Breakfast reasonable for the price. And the all-day tea/coffee facility is really nice to have. It doesn't pretend to be more than it is. But it is a lot more than it might be. I love shabby chic, and this is how I would describe this pension.

Very modest breakfast and "democratic" coffee ;-) impossibility of the free phone calls home (in the anounce it was written that free international calls available without definicion of countries), extremely high stairs (when you have 15 kg of luggage with you it also could be important), also it was alittle uncomfortable to have windows watching to the corridor

It was very loud and you could hear everything on the street and in the hotel. Thin walls.
